BIODIESEL PRODUCTION PLANT AND THERMOELECTRIC POWER PLANT

We are building a structure to house the plant machinery and equipment to produce biodiesel, the power plant, the heating plant, offices, stores, archives, laboratories, toilets and changing rooms. The manufacturing process will transform the vegetable or animal oil (palm oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, etc. ..) into biodiesel using methanol and producing glycerine crude and soapy paste for in-dustrial use as major by-products. The building is 2.496 square meters and over 12 meters in height. It develops in two different areas. The first one is dedicated to produce electricity and here will be located diesel cycle engines, electric alterna-tors and overhead travelling crane used for installation and maintenance of engines. The second area develops on two floors: on the ground floor is produced bio-diesel and on first floor offices and services will be located. Outside there will be electric measurement units, power transformer equipments, crude vegetable oils storages to produce electricity and biodiesel, and all products and by-products needed for this production.
