The work completed develops on 44.746 square meters of a large green clearing along the Pordenone - Aviano road and it is designed for Science and Technology Park, center of innovation and applied research. The building complex, 2.642 square meters, consists in 3 structurally independent buildings characterized by a 13,40 mt hight. The buildings host various kinds of spaces (offices, classrooms, courses and meetings, library, bar-cafeteria and laboratories). The façades are treated in a different way, in order to highlight the different functions: the workshops are characterized by the use of precast concrete for give an homogeneous industrial and technology look, while the building that accomodates the Polo headquarters has a very strong visual impact characterized by a façade with large windows and a green roof completely usable. The new headquarters of the Pordenone Technological Center offers flexible spaces that can vary with changing settlement needs.
